When customers install bad plugins, all the server websites might get compromised, and we delete all websites on this server when it happens.
We do not back up or restore your data.
We do not provide any malware or virus cleanup service on your website.

The app license is non-refundable.
The app may not function if the services it relies on stop working.
The app may not function if the services it relies on change their functionality.
The app will be updated when services it relies on changes as soon as we possibly can.
For any tech support-related issues, we will respond within two working days. However, resolving any problem may take longer for the reasons above. Working days are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
